Where to buy sparklers near Doon?

I'm hoping to have a nice campfire and sparklers for the kids would be magic! Help finding a place to buy near Doon would be hugely appreciated!

Manometry and PH monitoring study question

Endoscopy and Barium swallow study showed moderate reflux but nothing else.

I have one last test to go according to my GI Doctor... 24 hr manometry PH study booked in 10 months! Ugh! The appointment says to do the manometry test while on medication to see the effectiveness of the medicine. The thing is, Pantoprazole did not work for me. Famotidine 2x per day keeps reflux to just burps, sour taste, and light to moderate back pain which is just enough that I can function semi normally.

My GERD is really bad and affects me every day. I am inclined to opt for surgery as soon as possible if I can get doctors on the same page.

Question:

Should I do the 24hr PH manometry study on medication?

It seems like they just want to show my condition is not that bad to avoid surgery.

Verbal attacks on friends and family

Keeping this brief

My brother 48 goes on and off his meds about once every 2 months. He is divorced. He has lost a job. After a few days, he will get back onto the meds then comes but not before the 'alienation phase' kicks in as I call it.

In this phase, he attacks verbally anyone who is nice to him. Anyone who I love like my wife and kid. My wifes friends friend, who he has encountered long ago. He attacks uncles, aunts, and cousins and makes up lies like they were laughing at him or out to get him.

I say it is not okay to do this. It is not really him speaking but his disease. It is mentally draining. Usuall, he comes around in a few days of taking his meds. It is worse around weather changes like a few days of hot weather.

Does anyone else experience this?

He lives with my elderly dad, and he lives on pins and needles around my brother sometimes.

Any advice on how I can get him to live independently? Do most BPD folks end up in group homes or what?

I fear what the future holds for my brother, dad, and family.
