Worst AI Support EVAR!

RANT: over 1 hour using EVA and phone support, AI just does not work, when there is a system problem on Experian.

Trying to change phone and email.

Email codes are not arriving, logged into listed email, check spam and inbox, nothing. NOTE: there is a underscore in my email. (is that the bug?)

EVA sends me to the same looping process, change the phone number and then it should send a code to my email.... but that does not arrive. When I try to change my email, you send code to listed phone (which is a land line) and old work phone number.... so I can't fix my profile.

This is clearly the worst agency of the 3.

no amount of trying allowed me to contact a human that could fix the problem.

-I did find a phone number for a human, and she fixed both my phone and email in 4 minutes....

why would anyone use Experian?
