New stairs going in … like or dislike?

👎🏻 or 👍🏼 or 🤌🏻 lol

**** everyone- the stairs are not done lol. Railing and balusters will finish it off once treads are all set and drilled . The landing is floating, secured by the two side walls. The back of top landing will also get a handrail. It’s floating because we wanted outside to not have windows broken up. The middle windows is set to view outside at perfect height when on landing. Hope this all helps lol

Taj Mahal quote SE Wisconsin

So we are building new construction and just got out kitchen quoted including bar area. We chose of course Taj Mahal. Mostly as a guage for price point . Although we do like it. So the quote includes a full backsplash to bottom of upper cabinets. We got the number yesterday and it’s 40k just for kitchen and bar. Is this nuts? Or are we in ball park? This does not include our pantry fyi. If it is what it is we are fine but just so you guys know. We are picky people. Quality HAS to be there! I’m willing to pay more to be happy, but I guess I was figuring it would be more like 25-30…. But it was a guess. Please let me know what you guys think! Thanks!
