Proper spoon etiquette (an informal poll)

So, my wife and I have been polling people irl about this topic that has come up. I figured, given what the question is, that this would be the right subreddit for it.

I'll go ahead and give you the question as unbiased as I can. Let's say you drink coffee or tea with sugar or creamer or milk. If you use the same spoon through the day or day after day, when you set the spoon down, what direction do you lay the spoon, face up (with the bottom of the dish touching the counter) or face down (with the rim of the dish on the counter)?

Also, should I post this to askreddit or leave it here?

Ideas for books for people to buy me.

My mother has a 50% off coupon to Barnes and Noble and asked my wife for ideas as to what to buy me. I am a pastor in training at an SBC church. I am heavy on sequential exposition and enjoy word studies. I am not a seminarian and will likely never be able to afford it. I am not a full bore calvinist, but do have reformed leanings.

I told her that commentaries are always good and I don't like Christian fiction. What are some titles that B&N would carry that would serve me well? Should I get some systematic theology? Do they carry any? In general; help.

Where can I find the part/how can I fix this music box?

Hey, I am a bit of a collector of music boxes, especially ones made of this type of metal. Because of this, I received this box. However, it is supposed to be a cement truck but doesn't have the drum/cylinder. Because it is missing the part, the box unwinds IMMEDIATELY once I release the crank. Is there a way to fix this without it? Or do I need to have the missing piece?

Thanks!

Issues with old globe music box (and another

Kate told me I should post my issue here. Long story short, I have these two globes that I would like to get fixed. The first is an heirloom that my grandmother bought my grandpa long ago. It's cloudy and the snow falls very slowly (video to follow). The music box works, but that's not for here anyway.

The other one is a globe I've had for 20+ years, and I don't remember where I got it. This one has mysteriously lost fluid. I don't see signs of leaking (water marks or snow where it shouldn't be). Any info is welcome and questions will be answered to the best of my ability.

Thanks.
