Does anyone have any tutorials saved for this?

I want to make my shirts have more of a masculine kind of V shape and I want to basically sew them in place like that For now I’m bunching it up in the back and using a safety pin but I want something more permanent and more safe 😭😭 most of my shirts are too baggy for my liking so I want to basically alter them if that makes sense
