I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger perfume from the Nykaa man app. The plastic wrap on the perfume box was unsealed and the bottle inside was already empty. My exchange request was automatically cancelled on the app. I got an email saying that correct contents were dispatched from their warehouse. Same response when I go on a call with them, a senior executive is never available and as per them, no one can resolve this issue and I'm now stuck with this empty bottle.

Honda City Gen 5

We recently got the Honda City Gen 5 (V variant, 2nd from base) right before they came out with the facelift. Super happy about the timing as I'm not a fan of the plasticy front in the later update, would rather go with this one any day.

Got it at a decent deal too, 13L on-road with insurance.

Done almost 10k kms on it.

My only complaint so far with the car are the morons in this country talking shit about it.

It's such a precisely designed machine giving you just the features you'd need. Nothing more, nothing less.

The engine, refined! Butter smooth. Shifting the gear is orgasmic each time. And when that vtec kicks in...gosh...the sound...though may not be the fastest car in the segment, it's just right for the Indian streets. Suspension is softer than previous models, making the ride quality much more enjoyable. The steering wheel feels well balanced in this one, stiffer than previous models, sturdy and firm.

Doors are solid unusual for a Honda. And I didn't really find the ground clearance to be an issue as well, though it's the same as the previous model. Spacious for 4 people, fit for 5, along with their luggage.

There's no hassle around driving. Controls are all very tactical. The placement of every button is a work of art, you just know what you're doing WHILE your driving. Working around the dash while driving isn't a distraction.

The AC control knobs are a blessing, vents positioned at a nice spot, easily accessible, easy to adjust.

Screen - just the right size, there when you need it, never in your face!

I'd never understand why a bigger screen is considered good by some people. It's a car, not a TV ffs!

And an analog speedometer! With a tiny screen in the middle. Honda hit the soft spot of digitisation with this one!

The exterior looks just right, front aggressive, rear, stolen from a beemer, can't complain.

Despite being the lower trim, I find the headlights better looking than the top end. The 3 divisions in the light with the projector in the middle looks brilliant.

ADAS equipped. If you drive too close to the car in front of you, it'd hit the brakes, never an issue with me though as I usually keep a safe distance, and it did help in an occasion or two, so can't really complain. And the adaptive cruise control was an additional fun thing I tried on the highway last time. Controls the speed nicely even if there's a car up front, then accelerates again.

All in all, (imo) the best deal money could buy. And it still looks like a car, unlike other car makers designing them to look more and more robotic. So yea... I can't ever switch from a Honda...
