T shot done on the wrong side

Hi, so I have a quick question. I started T roughly 3 months ago and I’m currently getting my 250mg/ml shot every 2.5 weeks before switching to a higher less frequently prescribed dose. Where I live it’s rather uncommon to be allowed to do your own shot, meaning a nurse at my endo has to do it for me. The placement my doctor ordered is on my backside at hip height (pretty much right over my ass lol) and each time it switches between left and right to keep a balance. My last shot was done on the right and only at home I realized that this is where it was also done the time before that. I suppose it’s not that big of a deal but I’m kind of freaking out about it anyway tbh :/ especially considering that next time it will probably be done on the right side as well because the nurse probably misread it on my file. Does anyone know if this has any consequences for my body?

My mentally ill dad is allowed to come home overnight and I don’t want him to

Reupload because I forgot to use the right flair for sensitive topics, sorry guys!!!!

‼️Content warning for suicide and other mental illness related topics :/

My father (M50s) was admitted to the mental hospital about two weeks ago because he almost killed himself twice while either my little brother (M16) or I (M19) were home alone with him. He also has really bad delusions that have gotten worse over the past half year and was recently diagnosed with psychotic depression, which is very hard on all three of us (my mother, my brother and me). Him staying at the psych ward has been quite the relief for us, since living with him has gotten impossible. He is supposed to stay there until his antidepressants and antipsychotics start working but they haven’t so far and he refuses to believe that any of the help he is finally receiving will work for him as he thinks he doesn’t need it. The clinic and the staff have become part of his psychosis, which is why he doesn’t trust anyone there and only tells us about what’s going on in his mind, which is very unnerving for all of us, especially my little brother. Since his doctors and therapists don’t know the extent of his condition they allowed him to come home for a couple of hours yesterday (Sunday). The visit was terrible and left us three extremely exhausted and creeped out. My mother (F50s) just got a call in which she was informed that he’s allowed to come home overnight and told me as well. I’m honestly devastated and scared and I don’t understand this irresponsible decision by his doctors. My brother isn’t even allowed to visit him at the psych ward, so how is it possible that they let him stay with him overnight?? (Rhetorical question)
I’m in therapy + on medication myself, so I can somewhat relate to his situation as I’ve been at similar points in my life but I’m honestly starting to get kind of angry at him because he knows how hard this is on us and still doesn’t accept any help. Especially my mom has been putting in so much effort to care for him and he doesn’t appreciate any of it. I’m sorry if this sounds mean but I think it’s very unfair, even if it’s not his fault that he is mentally ill.

I don’t really need advice because there’s nothing much we can do besides everything we have already tried. Btw I didn’t add my parents’ exact age to protect their privacy.

Made myself something nice for dinner before I got the news that he’s allowed to stay overnight. Olive bread with avocado and carrots with self made hummus 👍

Someone at the club thought my girlfriend and I were a lesbian couple :/

This is technically a rant/vent post but it does touch on the topic of dysphoria in a sexual context so I figured I’d flair it as “Dysphoria Related Content” (my apologies if this is wrong!)

Okay so, I’m 19 + ftm + on T and have been passing almost entirely since I was like 14 and overall I’m just very used to being perceived as a man. Every time I don’t pass it’s like a punch in the gut because it’s always very unexpected especially cause I’m stealth to a lot of people in my social circle. Anyway, I was at the club with a couple of friends and my girlfriend of two years on Wednesday and most of the people there were from my gf’s school, which is an overall very open minded institution (art school lol). Enough for context. So basically what happened was me and my gf were walking around the grounds outside and ran into some people I didn’t know. They all said hi to my gf and one of them was like “oh and who are you? Are you two-“ and then they made the scissoring gesture with their hands insinuating they thought we were a lesbian couple. I was like “oh no no I’m her boyfriend” and they apologized and were kind of embarrassed and Idk I was drunk af so it didn’t really hit me in the moment but I’m super down about it now. I’m insanely dysphoric about the concept of “scissoring” since it’s pretty much entirely associated with cis women and I just feel super weird about it and now I’m scared something like this could happen again soon.

Not expecting any replies to this post (unless u want to say something), I just needed a place to share this in a kind of anonymous space since I feel too humiliated to talk about it to any of my friends 🙃

Was mich etwas verwirrt bzw. überfordert, ist die Kontaktaufnahme mit Chirurgen. Was soll ich da sagen/schreiben? Ist Email oder Anrufen besser? Was kann ich erwarten? Wie genau läuft der Prozess (Warten und Beratung) ab?

Falls jemand da Erfahrungen/Ratschläge hat, wäre ich sehr dankbar :’)
