Hi,

My thermapen won’t close, I try to but it always springs back to a just a little bit open.

I tried cleaning the « wheel » but it wasn’t really dirty in the first place.

Any tips and tricks to fix this?

Hi,

First, for those who haven’t noticed, you can now have your force curve on the ErgData app, not bad!

However, I noticed that my curve isn’t exactly where it should be. I believe it’s an issue between my leg drive and arms.

Last time I checked in with my coach, we worked hard to make sure my arms were extended throughout the leg drive until the hinge and focusing on that smooth transition. However, it feels like that may not be fully solved yet.

Any insights as to what is causing the plateau at the beginning and the second plateau towards the peak?

I just pulled a new 2k PB on the erg.

I did 7:19.6 from 7:26.9 in mid March 2026. I started rowing Jan 31, 2025 with a sedentary lifestyle before that. 39M/95kg.

I had a plan to do 240/260/275/290W per 500m and ended up doing 242/265/287/277W. I didn’t exactly follow my plan and i presume I wanted to over the third 500m quick!

I gave it all I had so im satisfied but I it feels like the sub 7 milestone is sooooo far away, so I gotta keep on erging!

I'm in the process of upgrading my plan and looking at the 5G+ Ultimate plan.

Can someone help me understand what the "Data, talk and text in 64 destinations" feature is?

Can I "ROAM LIKE HOME" in each of these 64 destinations and

1. consume data freely without restrictions?
2. call and text to/from Canada?
3. call and text to/from the local destination I am located in when roaming?

The footnote on the website says the following: Use data, talk and text in eligible destinations excluding calls made through Call Forwarding, Video calling or similar services. Includes unlimited text/picture/video messages sent from Canada and eligible destinations to Canadian and eligible destinations’ mobile numbers and received texts from anywhere. Premium texts (alerts, messages related to content and promotions) are not included and charged at applicable rates. When using data, 5G/5G+ service may not be available when roaming on another carrier’s network and usage on those networks may be subject to speed and/or data restrictions. Primary data usage must be on your smartphone on the Rogers network. Usage is subject to the Rogers Acceptable Use Policy and the Rogers Network Management Policy. What does it mean "EXCLUDING CALLS MADE THROUGH CALL FORWARDING, VIDEO CALLING OR SIMILAR SERVICES"? Does it mean I cannot use FaceTime, WhatsApp or Facebook video calling? In fact, what is "VIDEO CALLING"

hi,

I run adguard home on a container on my synology NAS with a UDMP.

I have my Network DNS Server set to point to the NAS' IP address (say 17.10.1.200).

However, when I change my Network DNS Server to say 1.1.1.1 and reboot the UDMP, the traffic still gets routed through ADG.

I'm note quite sure what i'm missing here...
