Should I cut out caffeine before starting a fast?

I finished a 44-hour fast yesterday, and during that time, I experienced headaches and dizziness, which coincided with the caffeine withdrawal period. I usually drink green tea all the time, so that might be the cause. By the way, I didn't drink green tea during the fast, and I was taking electrolytes.

So, I want to start my next fast, but I've already drunk nearly 2L of green tea since yesterday. Should I switch to water for a couple of days to get rid of caffeine before starting the fast?

I finished my 44-hour fast

I was actually planning on a 36 hour fast, but I extended it because I think I can manage it. I have to taste my dinner, so I'm done.
Last time it was 24 hours, so I want to keep this momentum going and step up. I'm still a beginner so maybe I'm taking it too seriously, but I feel a sense of accomplishment.

I was taking electrolytes, but I still felt dizzy for the last few hours. Any advice would be appreciated.

How can I increase the variety of dishes I can make?

It's been a few months since I started cooking for my family, but lately I've been feeling like I'm stuck.

I've been making these dishes on a rotating basis for a long time. but I feel like I'm starting to bore my family.

  1. Dumplings
  2. Hamburg steak
  3. Stuffed bell peppers
  4. Mapo Tofu
  5. croquette
  6. Mackerel simmered in miso

I also recently made stew, gratin, and guacamole. They were delicious.

I don't have much tolerance for greasy food, so I haven't had much courage to make simple meat dishes or use fatty fish until now. But I want to try changing the cooking method and challenge myself.
I'm Asian, but I'd like to try making American food too.

I can't get out of this situation on my own, so please help me!

Snake juice tastes awful

So, I started a 36 hour fast and drank snake juice for first time.

Water 2L
Potassium chloride 1 tsp
Epsom salt 1/2 tsp
Pink Salt 1/2 tsp
(Sorry, I forgot to add the baking soda.)

The taste is seriously awful. It's not salty. but It tastes like desalted seawater.
I'm still a beginner at fasting and don't know much about it. I'd appreciate some advice.

How can I go back to draw again?

Hi it’s my first post here. The art subreddits not allowed about mental health post, so I'm posting it here.

I used to be enjoy drawing, but since my drawings were ridiculed both in real life and on social media, I've leaved drawing.

then At the beginning of this month, I restarted post drawing, but I got absolutely no reaction, and even my friends who always like my drawings didn't react to my new art.
I wasn't feeling well around that time, it’s may be overreacting I was so shocked that it hurt my chest terribly.

I tried to draw again a few days ago, but my mind goes blank after just a few minutes of moving the pen. and whenever I try to come up with an idea, my thoughts just dissipate.

How can I go back to draw again?
