seeing a dentist on monday, does this look concerning

ive had a sore throat this week, went to urgent care and they ruled it out to be a sinus infection. im still gonna go to the dentist on monday cause im a chronic overthinker. ive been thoroughly inspecting my mouth since yesterday and convinced myself i have cancer or something. i found these small bumps right beside the base of my tongue and a lump on my right tonsil.

im currently taking an antibiotic (i forgot the name of it). im on like my second or third day of taking it and i woke up with a stomach ache and have had diarrhea twice. i havent bought any probiotics or yogurt cause ive been busy with work but today is my day off so im gonna take myself to the pharmacy. is it too late to prevent symptoms from worsening, if it is cdiff? im hoping its just a coincidence and i will be fine later or by tomorrow. im already prone to inflammation and other similar symptoms so idk if that puts me at any more risk. any advice helps!

ok so maybe im dumb but i swear every time i go to do my t shot, i get plastic from the seal into the vial with the needle. like it pokes out a little chunk when i stick in it. im currently about to throw away a vial that still has enough for my dose today cause its got like 3 little bits of plastic in it that i obviously dont want to accidentally inject myself with. now im pissed considering im wasting a days dose and its not a walk in the park to get more. are there any ways i can prevent this? im assuming im just sticking the needle in wrong but idk how else to angle it.
