I'm running CRC in a VM in Proxmox and I want my laptop in the lan to reach the console ?

My VM is running at 192.168.1.171.

Here's the /etc/hosts of the crc vm :

The problem I think is crc is just listening 127.0.0.1 and not 192.168.1.171 ?

Even if I edit the hosts file of my laptop (windows 11) it doesn't work which is normal , I can't browse to https://console-openshift-console.apps-crc.testing from my laptop.

I have proxmox on my mini-pc so one node.

I want to install kubeadm with 3 ubuntu VMs; one control node and two worker nodes.

This is just for learning purposes, nothing else.

What do you think about that?

I'm very confused, I read a lot about this topic but still don't know how to proceed...

I have a mini-pc GEEKOM A5 with one nic ( so vmbr0 by default).

I want to create several VLANs and I want the VMs & CTs in these VLANs can reach Internet.

My setup:

- I can't edit settings of my ISP router, I don't have a lot of permissions.

- I have a physical managed switch (four ports in total) where my mini-pc is connected and that's it.

So my config looks like :

Internet --> ISP Router --> Managed Switch --> Mini-pc (Proxmox).

What's the best way to do what I want ? I just want several VLANs where each VLAN can reach Internet.

I'll be graduating at the end of this month with a degree in IT. My English is at a B1 level, and I have literally no knowledge of Dutch 😒.

I know I'm missing out on a lot of job opportunities because I don't speak Dutch.

How is not speaking Dutch perceived by companies in Flanders or even Brussels?

To be honest, I don't want to waste too much time, so should I focus on learning Dutch from scratch or on improving my English?

I'm pretty new to proxmox and I want to create several VLANs , what is the best choice when you have limited access to the ISP box ?

I want to create several VLAN, one for my rhcsa training, another for active directory etc.

I read that I need to create a dedicated VM like Opensense in proxmox to do that ?
