I'm looking for a material that stays flexible in extremely hot temperatures

I'm playing around with a concept that involves a reed valve in a 1500-2500°f environment. It will need to maintain elastic deformation up to 60 times a second in that environment preventing the backflow of these hot gasses. It doesn't need to be a perfect seal, just pretty good, and not erode away too quickly. Also very thin, .020" give or take.

Does anyone have recommendations on a material that can take this sort of abuse?

Think they'll flip if I park my camper in the back corner of the lot?

I'm about to be in between houses for the time being, and the local campgrounds are out of space. This is an ungated, no security personnel center, with a nice secluded spot in between a decommissioned extension building and a drainage swam. Just move the spare TP 60, back my rig back in there, put the TP 60 back in front of it, and enjoy my even shorter commute. Gym membership includes a really nice shower facility, there's a laundromat around the corner, and once the cars roll out it's pretty quiet here.

After all, they haven't said I can't.

Moving to a new city

I have the 5G internet currently, but officially it's not available in my new city. My 5G phone works just fine there though, so would my base station just not work at the new address? I'm half tempted to try, but if it's going to be blocked by the system there isn't s point to it.

FMLA and vacation time

Hey folks, I have an interesting situation that I'm hoping people can help get this sorted. In February I took three weeks of FMLA unpaid, did not receive any compensation for that time then or since. In April my vacation time reupped, to 135hrs. That time is now showing zero, no history of use, no checks, just up and gone. The next earn date is showing as my anniversary next year. I have reached out to my supervisor, his manager, new union steward, and business agent, but haven't gotten any real answers. My steward said it might have been because of the FMLA, but the earn date was after the leave, and besides I didn't get any of the compensation from it.
