Looking for water filter recommendations. This Pentair OMNIFilter U30 has been garbage from day one.
It’s a battle every time i change the filter. I’ve lubed the oring. Tightened it by hand, backed it off, tighten with wrench, it just keeps leaking til you find that sweet spot. By then you got a couple gallons of water everywhere. It seems like a design flaw that there is no oring groove on the housing. The threads interfere with how the oring seats. I’m done with it.

Finally got around to installing the Mr12v CarPlay in my 328xit
The install was not the easiest thing to do that’s for sure. I ruined the factory cable from the display to the head unit trying to pull it through the dash. Had to order a new cable. Stuffing everything in there just right takes some time. The system works great tho, no issues.

My brother gave me this cheap Skmei. Stripped the failing paint from the case and threw some leftover parts at it. Didn’t turn out too bad.
