Threatening court for grandparents rights

Just when I thought we were finally in peace, my grandmother ambushes my partner at my sons daycare ( see previous post about grandmother has lost it) pulled my partner for an half an hour chat about taking me to court for visitation regarding my son, I’m not completely sure about grandparents rights in Australia but I am having the worst anxiety attack over this, I’m only 3 months postpartum with my second and I can’t believe I’m having to deal with this. Any advice would be appreciated

To add context I am no contact with her

Help

My 10 day old newborn has started fighting going to sleep in the last 2 days, does anybody have tips and tricks on how to get her to settle to sleep, I’m at a complete loss🙃

I’ve done bath, massage, sleep sack and bottle and she started falling asleep but woke up and started crying

Second time mum birth story!

Had my baby girl 10 hours ago, 39 weeks and 5 days and she weighs 4.1kg (9 pounds)
Had a foley balloon inserted ( I was already 2cm) it fell out 2 hours later! Went to sleep and my midwife broke my water for me the next morning at 7:00am, I didn’t need oxytocin as my body was already contracting on its own, now some advice for second time mums, if your 100% wanting an epidural get it as soon as you can! I asked for an epidural at 7 and a half centimetres, he placed it and all of a sudden I feel this intense pressure, I’m screaming for him to get my midwife and what do you know I’m suddenly 10cm, I never ended up getting the medication for the epidural and had to labor without it, it was certainly an experience, I went from 7 to 10cm in 35 mins, so if you know 100% you want the epidural get it as early as possible🥲
But she’s here safely and all the pain was most definitely worth it❤️
