I wanna ask about this model when wearing it I see reflection in the edge corners inside of sunglasses wings and mine ears.
I always worn polarized sunglasses and never had this problems.
Now like my eyes are too focused on corners.

Is this normal as they have AR coating?

I’m curious if anybody here has taken longterm NA-RALA or optimALA.

I had as a kid like 4 amalgam fillings for almost 30years. Replaced them before 7years with composites.

Can I take R-lipoic acid without worrying about redistribution of mercury or better not to take it at all.?

It’s seems it will be extra benefitial for my gilberts syndrome and hemochromatosis.

I got some of my lab results and iron is border high with higher ferritin around 550.

Copper is on low border. But have low copper symptoms for 2 decades like cold hands/feet, poor wound healing, histamine issues,tingling in extremities and neck stability problems like EDS.

Also have high b6 without supplementation so this can also atribute to neurological symptoms.

Question is about supplementation.
I plan to take 2mg copper bisglycinate in morning with 1mg sublingual hydroxocobalamin and after dinner 15mg zinc bisglycinate.
Do I need also to take cod liver oil for active vitamin A??

Dont wanna push higher number on ferritin stores.
Don’t have yet result for ceruloplasmin.

As i figure out I must avoid obviously iron, vit.C, high doses of zinc and molybdenum(to not lower Copper).

Does anybody here takes 1mg hydroxo sublingual for extended period of time?

Hydroxo seems for my slow comt/slow MAOA most benefitial supplement for histamine clearence and detox and seems not causing overmethylation.

My folate levels are on higher level and folinic always makes ne wired and spaced out at it seems it’s making glutamate higher.

I’m concerned about dehydration and potassium depletion from daily Hydroxo.??

It says that the sublingual route absorbs gradually compared to injections, preventing a sudden, drastic shift of potassium out of your bloodstream.

Probably can get away with eating two bananas daily for some potassium.

Other supplements I take daily are Jarrow Zinc Balance after dinner and before sleep low dose agmatine.
Riboflavin anything above 100%RDA is like making me again B6 toxic(same symptoms of tingling and muscle twitching).Weird..

Slow comt, slow MAOA

Before taking this 18mg sublingual Riboflavin tablet I was taking Thorne 36mg Riboflavin and that was not as good as sublingual for me.
Probably it was about dose as Thorne has double the dose.

To the point this sublingual is great for me.
I also tested high in B6 without taking b6 in any form of supplement.
B2 should help with B6toxicity.

Benefits are clear headed, perfect blood pressure and better breathing(like it clears histamine faster).

Other supplements I take for this snaps are cod liver oil, zinc balance and agmatine sulfate.

I dont take any form of thiamine as it makes me tired as hell in the middle of day and any form of magnesium like it helps get me overmethylated quickly. Glycine is poison for me as nmda agonist. Folinic acid seems also gave me the same feeling as glycine as it was producing more glutamate and not active folate.

From minerals I opted for zinc, copper and selenium as main ones and most benefitial.

Sleep was always problem for me and it seems when started taking riboflavin in morning and zinc balance after dinner sleep is much improved. Also if I wake up around 3 only thing that makes me go again to sleep is 250-500mg agmatine.

I take also twice a month 100mg nicotinic acid(niacin flush) and one hour later 3capsules of activated charcoal for detox.

This is mine regime that seems to work for me. Tried all other supplements mentioned here and only this worked for me.

Anybody else is having stuffed nose from any dose of agmatine?
I get congested nose that I barely can breathe.
Too bad because agmatine is by far the most benefitial supplement for neurological and psychological symptoms that I ever tried.

This is probably main cause:
vasodilation causes a stuffy nose because the blood vessels inside your nasal passages widen and swell. This extra blood flow engorges the tissues, narrowing your airways and making you feel blocked up.

There are really some great mixes/productions in metal music.

I tried dozens of speakers/amps through the years and best combos for extreme metal were:
- Dynaudio/Accuphase
- Dynaudio/Simaudio/NAD

From active speakers I only liked the Genelecs.

What is real status of L-theanine for slow COMT?
Some says is methyl donor, some says is one of best supps for either slow and fast COMT, that it really balances neurotransmitters and not boosting them.

So many informations online.

200mg alphawave it seems to calm me down, also I found better breathing(histamine down) and heart rate drops from 85 to 75. Tried and measured like 7times while taking 200mg theanine.

Other ones with slow comt/maoa that seems to helps me are agmatine, zinc/copper and hydroxocobalamin.

Surprisingly B2 makes me irritate after few days and benfotiamine made me sleep way less especially if taken even with magnesium malate. Glycine in any form makes me miserable. Lithium orotate makes me depressed after few days even 1mg doses.

This is best sleep supplement I ever experienced by far, but the problem is if I take it right after dinner than around 9PM i’m fully asleep. Is it wise to take it like 30minutes before bed on empty stomach or with banana??

Why is so benefitial?, GABA-GLUTAMATE Balance probably.

Only supp I also take daily is 600mg LE NAC.

I’m wondering if anybody else have better tonal balance with wiim ultra when setting power output from 2 vrms to 1 vrms and setting DAC filter to minimum phase slow roll off filter.
I have cambridge cxa 81 and dynaudio emit 20’s.

Changing this options gave me perfect balanced sound and dynamics. On 2vrms even on low volume midrange and treble was way upfront.

Anybody else experience this?

The thing is that unpacked ELEX-R after two days went into protected mode. That happened not when Rega was playing but another day when I turned it on and not getting sound from speakers.

Allegidly with this model needs CODE to unlock Rega, that’s what in local service guy told me.

Is this true? Amp is out of warranty as for 4years it was unpacked new stored in garage.

I loved the sound of it on dynaudio speakers but this is ridicilous that it went into protected mode and it was not even hot.

I wonder what are experiences with this amp as it’s on my top list for driving dynaudio emit 20 speakers so any insights would be helpful.

The thing is that amp was almost 4 years in original package stored in house and now after 4 years it was working perfectly for 2 days and on third day i hear the click upon turning on, logo is red and I can change inputs but it has no sound from any channel. Dead silence.

I tried everything, nothing worked.

I packed the amp and sent to local service but I’m curious what happened?
