As someone who knows nothing, I loved it.

Such a feel-good, chill and heart-warming show. It's got some drama to make it not dull but nothing heart-wrenching and evil. Recently I'm tired of watching high-stake dramas that feel like your heart is getting dragged through your chest, but then, conversely, not entirely a fan of ultra max feel-good shows that are way too boring. Scenery is a vibe too.

Really enjoyed it as someone who knows nothing about the Little House on the Prairie books/OG show.

Dating apps and being romance-pilled

Don't even have anything against their success tbh. However, after using them for years and having quit them for a year or so, i've come to realize it's such a soulless, boring, no frills "method" to dating. Looking back, the coolest, deepest relationships came from just existing and/or stumbling down different paths.

Any time I was doing the whole dating apps thing, I just felt bored and soulless. It felt robotic and formal. We match, organise a date, go on date (interview) 1, do a contract renewal or termination review, go on date (interview) 2, do a contract renewal or termination review, go on date 3, everyone assesses if it's a green light, boom, relationship. It works... but it just feels soulless. Like damn I used to have random crushes for years in high school, entered relationship-lites with the "love of my life" on vacations that I waited months to go back to so we could see each other again, bumped into the same person for weeks at the same spots/third spaces which then flourished into a relationship, gotten close with a work colleague after spending so much time together working on projects and chilling during breaks, and the one that literally could be a mid 2010s romance book: travelling to another country for college, walking around town at 1am depressed asf, bumped into a girl and then for some reason (probably dumb on her part) just chilling and talking until like 3am in a park.

And now, there's this... letting the algorithm handle everything, and there you go: your slop is sorted out for you. Go on some uninspiring dates, deal with people who are dating-app brainrotted and perhaps you might get into a relationship. There's no lore, no plot. Also, I genuinely believe that whilst it's cool dating apps connect you with people you wouldn't have crossed paths with, it's also just unnatural. In real life, you would naturally distance yourself from certain people - perhaps the universe doing it for you, or the social circles you hang out with, or your judgement. But dating apps fuck all of that up and next thing you know you're meeting up with an abusive crackhead.

Anyway, I've opened my eyes to the fact that people need to be more romance-pilled. There needs to be some story behind it (aside from sounding cool, it helps the relationship). Not just letting a fuck ass algorithm doing the work for you. There's just beauty in meeting people out in the wild.

Bloating/incomplete bowel movements are my final bosses, what are some causes/suggestions?

Long story short: IBS since 2015, mix of mild and bad until 2022, pretty much fixed since then apart from bloating/incomplete bowel movements (or at least feeling like they're incomplete).

What are some causes/suggestions to look into? Both on a major level (gastroenterologist type vibes, conditions, infections) and also minor level (fibre, water intake, supplements)?

pretty sure it's not fodmap related, nor fibre, nor exercise

Lower back pain with IronMaster Super Bench Pro V2?

Perhaps might not be specifically to this bench (but perhaps might be since I didn't have this especially whilst benching flat and incline on my old bench), but I've recently got it and if I use it as whilst chest pressing, incline chest pressing, using it as a seated tricep overhead, seated tricep extension, chest supported back row etc, I get this tight lower back pain (not sharp but soreness). I'm thinking it might be due the seat angle/height(?) and how my arch occurs due to my foot placement.

Am I going crazy or?

Tattoos = no good girls?

Been considering getting my sleeve done. I'm already tatted but nothing visible, so i'm essentially un-tatted to the outside world.

Not even shitposting, I've been lowkey thinking how it'll affect people's perception of me, in particular to normal, well-adjusted women. My type is good girls - cute, sweet girls. Whilst, I do attract those types, I attract more of the complete opposite as it is. Now, the hoes salivate over my tattoos but when good girls find out I'm tatted it's either indifference or they're kinda ehh about them. Nonetheless, they got to know me as a person well before even finding out so it didn't matter (at least I think so).

So now the question is, as a mid 20s single dude, is it worth making this dating shit even harder with the good girls? Without trying to suck my own dick, i'm extremely tall and somewhat good looking but not in a "dreamy prince" type of way more so in a "the tatted blonde who's addicted to coke starts looking my way" type of way. It seems to me that there's a certain kind of woman who likes tattoos... even if she's "normal" wouldn't place my bets on her turning out to be wifey material.

Schizo post or high IQ post?

Can't gain much from the US posts in here about leg extension/leg curl machines as they're simply not available in Australia. Does anyone know of any leg extension / leg curl machines that are decent? Plate-loaded preferably (as I'm not trying to spend too much money).
