I live in east asia and in my region we call it paper star folding. It's a little star made by long paper and not even hard to make. I started to fold these to give them to my girlfriend and found it helpful to my internet addiction by chance! It makes me use fingers so I can't scroll anymore, and I studied for the first time in months!
