I’m currently an ER nurse(lvl1 2 years). Not very passionate about it at all. I’ve been interested in SICU but there never seems to be a mids/days position open(I really don’t want to go back to nights) should I do travel er (which does interest me because of the travel part) or keep waiting for a sicu mids/days (which is so rare I feel like) idk I feel like my career is at a standstill so any advice/POVS/own stories would be good to hear atp!
