Target account may have been hacked

My wife just noticed in her past orders, a canceled order for PS5 with a comment " i want to change the address where the items will be delivered to".

It shows as canceled and total is "0$" . It has a Mon, Sep 7 date on it so over a month ago.

I am not seeing any suspicious transactions on my CC from target nor any other weird transactions in the target orders.

What could have possible happened? If someone got into the account, why they were not able to finish the job? I am checking her emails and sms for anything related to "target" but I am not seeing anything besides few real orders of her.

does this look like lyme rash?

I noticed an itchy bite about a week ago but didn't notice a red area back then. I though it was just a mosquito or spider. Last night I looked and saw this. I've panicked a bit. I never saw a tick on my body recently, but the area I live in and spend time ,definitely has ticks.

This rash it a bit itchy now. There is a visible bite mark in the middle of it. Didn't change since yesterday.I am about to go to urgent care but want to know your opinion as well.

replacing breaks - how much should this cost?

EDIT: I meant "brakes" and not "breaks".

Did I just get a FU estimate? $1800 for front and back. Rotors and pads.

Car has only 60k miles and I already did rear rotors and pads one time before. I can't remember what I did in front, but at least pads for sure.

it was not a subaru dealer.
