Dutch is not a real language

Any way to actually make my lighting look like this? Skyrim is luminous.

I'm trying out interior lighting mods but I can't get it to actually look like it does on the screenshot from the mod page. I get that the picture is probably edited, but I'm looking for a true "fire lighting" type look. Any tips or other mods I can try? I use Dawn V2 for weathers, I removed Embers XD but it has a marginal effect.

Real Lights Starfield vs separate Rabbit's Real Lights

Can someone please tell me if there is a difference between just installing all the mods separately and paying 500 credits for what seems like an aio mod? I think there's a quest in the paid version but other than that are there any differences?
