Misdiagnosed with IBS for 5 years. It was Thalassemia all along!

Hey everyone,I wanted to share my story because I finally got some answers, and I am still processing the shock. For the past 5 years, doctors told me I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I struggled with constant fatigue, stomach issues, and overall feeling terrible, but it was always brushed off as GI tract sensitivity or stress.
