The mail was good to me today.
My latest batch of eBay buys showed up this afternoon.

My latest batch of eBay buys showed up this afternoon.
Went into town and picked up a few, got home and sure enough I already had 2 of them. Got a couple in the mail today too. Othello, choplifter and trick shot were favorites from when I was a kid.
Went to the store and came back with some games I didn’t have yet. Some rough labels but they all work. Funnily though, the Fast Eddie when I first tried it out was all scrambled so I cut the label to get at the screw to open it up, popped out the board and cleaned it up with scotchbrite. I plugged it in to check that it worked and it was still scrambled the same as it was. Just for shits n giggles I thought I’d try flipping the board in the cart and voila all of a sudden it works perfectly. To me that sounds like it was put in the cart backwards at the factory, I had to cut the label to open it so no one else has been inside before. Lol
Put a guitar madness 16k humbucker, tp6 style tailpiece, harmonica bridge and reflector knobs. I got a brass nut for it too but it’s got a flat bottom and the guitar doesn’t so I’m still deciding if I’m gonna go ahead with that yet. Kinda want to scuff it with ultra fine scotchbrite and then polish it back to almost gloss so it’s a little less plastic looking, also I’m gonna remove the made in the USA stamp and serial number just in case even though I don’t plan on ever getting rid of it. Plays great out of the box after a string change, I’m gonna noodle around on it for a few days and decide what tuning I’m gonna settle on before doing a fret level crown and polish. I originally ordered the guitar a month ago but it turned up with a broken neck so I had to send it back and cross my fingers the replacement would show up in one piece and I lucked out. The styrofoam the guitar was packed in was cracked but the guitar was fine this time.
Wanted to make a replica of sorts and found this unknown strat for $70 and put a new bridge pickup, some white pickup covers and a new bridge and tuners cuz they were broken. I’ve got less than $100 into it and it’s my new favorite guitar.
Looks similar to a northern water snake but not quite the same. About 2 and a half feet long and rather slender.
I built a pyramid a little while back and flattened the desert inside and it left me with close to 100 double chests of sandstone so I built a city to surround it complete with dog faced sphinx. Still need to add some detail and decoration but the majority of building is done now.
