How to hide the switches without moving the television ?

Hey guys, what can i keep to hide the switch board, if not completely then at-least partially.

When I’m downloading Grand Theft Auto (PS4 and PS5 versions), it shows that GTA V PS5 is downloading. But when I press the three dots and go to ‘View Product,’ it shows that GTA Online is downloading. Why is this happening?”
