No idea how it fell over in a straight peice of track point was set straight

Hello I have this tomix E7 and everytime I put it onto the tracks it doesn't move and shorts everything else currently trying to identify whether the notorious mq9 motor is the problem here and would like to ask the community in help if anyone has encountered a similar problem on TOMIX trains.

I have had 6 engines break on me what a rubbish brand quality is way worse than Kato which I have never had a single issue with and they don't take accountability for this issue. Honestly a terrible brand all that's good are their track.

But what does enable all timetable do does it let Al trains drive even if you don't have the DLC to it e.g dbr 101 IC train drives on Frankfurt -fulda even if I don't own the dbr 101?
