Ready to plant?

New to propagation, thought I'd start with a snake plant. Is this ready to put into soil?

Receiver Advice ~ Walls with built in speakers

Moved into a new apartment that has speakers built into the walls (3 front, 2 rear). There is an audio panel hookup for them. https://imgur.com/a/oe5I2yC

I'd rather not replace my entertainment stand, so I am limited in receiver size. The openings for the receiver would be 17.5"W x 4.75"H. Reference: https://imgur.com/a/8fIlHOu

------------------------

How the gear will be used: I'm not an audiophile and don't need anything fancy. I'll have some game consoles and a FireStick hooked up, and would play music via Bluetooth.

Budget and location: For the receiver itself, under $400. I am located in the US, Ohio specifically. I have an account at BestBuy, so I'd prefer to buy from there unless there is a huge advantage to purchasing elsewhere.

New or used: I'd prefer new.

Past gear experience: Very little, I had a receiver/audio setup maybe 10+ years ago.

------------------------

I found the following that is in stock near me, and based on the dimensions it would fit perfectly in my entertainment center (product dimensions 17" x 4.3") : https://www.bestbuy.com/product/jbl-ma310-50w-5-2ch-bluetooth-capable-hdr-4k-ultra-hd-compatible-av-home-theater-receiver-black/J7LXFWXQGL

Would this be sufficient, or is there something I may be overlooking?

Thanks ahead of time!

Fridge Howling Noise

Attaching a video, the noise is heard best with the freezer door open. Sounds like when you blow across the top of a bottle (just louder). Also sounds like a fan is turning on for 2-3 seconds, stopping for a couple seconds, and repeats infinitively.

Unplugging and plugging it back in seems to shut it up for awhile.

It's a GE fridge, model appears to be GSL25JFPD BS
