I wanted to see if anyone on here has run this fitment without needing to roll fenders? I'm considering getting a set of TE37 saga's for my 2010 FA5 but wasn't sure if I could clear this without rolling. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Can anyone help me identify what this part number or what this part is? It looks like a rubber mount with a stud inside of it. At first I thought it was these:
17212-PN3-000: rubber collar
90029-PHM-000: bolt
I’ve looked everywhere and can’t seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
I'm looking to get some opinions from current ISF owners. I've always wanted an ISF and there's a 2013 one for sale near me. It has 82k miles so not too high and not too low; right where I'm looking for. For me this would be a semi daily driver (I have a daily right now but this could rotate in). I know it's a Lexus so it's basically bulletproof in terms of reliability but wanted to know if there's anything I should look out for in particular when checking the car out. Are there any major issues with these cars (e.g. rod bearings on E9X M3s) etc. Thanks for taking the time to read and would appreciate any input!
Saw a post the other day on a clean interior and felt inspired to make a few changes myself lol. Just installed the acuity 3 way short shifter and p2m checkered floor mats and they make a huge difference (mainly visually for the floor mats lol). Gotta say this interior feels timeless.
