Should I leave current job and join another company?

Hi Everyone,

I am currently working at Amex Bangalore as SDE3.

It’s been 5 years with Amex, overall I have 10+ years of Experience.
I was looking for jobs in market finally got an offer from Mastercard Pune.

Now I am wondering whether should I leave Amex and join Mastercard or not? Considering Layoffs due to AI.
In my current team at Amex WLB is smooth but I feel too much complacent that is not healthy too.
plus I am getting Lead role in mastercard.

Please help me decide based on your experience.

Not getting RC since two months

So I have purchased Suzuki access 125 a year ago.
I have not received RC card at first. I thought may be some miss communication of address of something I keep it cool.
Then I met with an accident with suzuki due to pothole while it’s raining.
Now I hate my vehicle due to small size tyres and I wanted sell but without RC i can’t so paid bribe to an agent for applying duplicate RC.
I paid 4k to him, I got application number which shows status RC dispatch status not found although all approval of babus done.

Guys what would be the next logical step should I take now.

Mastercard Interview experience - Lengthy process - Still no result

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working as a Software Development Engineer III at a fintech company in Bangalore. I recently interviewed with Mastercard for a **Lead Software Engineer** role in **Pune** and wanted to know if anyone has had a similar experience with their hiring process.

My interview timeline has been something like this:
HR screening call
Karat interview (around 4 weeks ago) – System Design (file handling application), Two Sum, and one DFS problem
Cleared the Karat round the very next day
HR informed me that the remaining three rounds would be with the Bar Raiser, Hiring Manager, and Technical SME, and that these were **non-eliminatory**. The final decision would be based on the overall panel discussion.

Completed all three rounds. HR mentioned that the feedback was positive.

A few days later, HR said they were discussing internally and that they liked my profile but needed some more time.
After a few follow-ups, I was asked to share my current compensation details, which I submitted immediately.

It’s now been around **4 weeks** since I completed the interviews, and I still haven’t received a clear yes or no. Whenever I follow up, the response is usually that the discussion is still ongoing.
I understand that hiring decisions can take time, and I don’t want to keep messaging the HR repeatedly and come across as pushy. At the same time, the uncertainty is making it difficult to plan my next steps.

Has anyone experienced a similar timeline with Mastercard? Is this normal, or should I assume the process is unlikely to move forward?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience. Thanks!

Are you guys getting calls?

M32 - 10 year experienced currently working in Amex Bangalore.

Just wanted to know whats going on, Is it just me or happening with majority?
I feel like I am missing/lacking something that others have may be a new website where jobs are posted and HR calling them 😄.

Also I am confused whether to go more deeper in DSA or focus on improving AI/ML skills?

Are experienced people getting job offers in 2026?

Didn’t got Taj voucher yet after 4L before 9march

I have completed 4L milestone before 9th March as per their policy they have given me milestone points that I got instantly after chat.

but its been 7th time I am reached out to Amex customer care about not receiving 10k Taj voucher.
They are just saying we have already triggered the voucher multiple times on your email id.
But honestly I have checked all my mail including spam too.
I haven’t received any mail related to Taj voucher.

Amex customer care doesn’t have any power to do anything they say its third party who will do it.
Then what the fuck I am paying annual fee for if they don’t have enough rights to solve my issue.
