Recently I wanted to replay silent hill 3 and saw on a video there was a HD texture pack for the PS2 emulator and was wondering if there was one for the PC/ROM version

Are the mlo immune to flashes,stingers etc??
I'm currently trying to get the achievement programed psychosis and I can't tell if they're immune or not to flashes or stingers some times they will work other times I can throw it right at their feet and it does nothing

How to clean motherboard?
So recently I started building my pc and had some trouble installing my aio and didn't realize it but got some thermal paste on it, I've been told that it's fine and I've also been told it can short it out would it be fine if I use 70% isopropyl alcohol or do I need 90% instead and yes I know it's very messy this is my first build and I haven't connected it to my psu yet in case 🐄

Reccomened rpg games?
So recently, I've been playing on my PS3 again, but I've really been wanting something similar to KCD, Elder Scrolls, or Dark Souls. I'm not too sure what games would give a similar vibe. I was thinking Dragon Age: Origins, Diablo, or Dragon's Dogma. Any recommendations would be appreciated^^
