Hello everyone. The title is not something that I have experienced. I am a 27 year old male and I intend to look to get married soon. BUT before that I want to ask you all married couples this one thing, specially from those who are divorced, what are the reasons for such an increase in the divorce cases in Pakistan.
Domestic abuse and any type of cheating mainly might be the reason but what other reasons are there that you think leads to a divorce or what led you to decide that you want to part ways (if you are divorced). This is a humble post coming from a perspective that its literally looking hard to maintain a marriage these days. Would appreciate your responses

Hello everyone, I am just a beginner in the scrap industry, I have made some relevant connections from where I can source OCC (Old corrugated containers) scrap. The OCC scrap is used by paper mills where they recycle it and convert it into paper.
I am looking to supply the OCC scrap to paper mills but I am unable to find a connection.
Anyone here who knows how to get in touch with these paper mills or someone who runs a paperscrap business can guide me? We can make a deal or something I really dont know how would this work but i am keen on doing this. Please let me know if you have relevant connections.

I got to say this. I belong to a urdu speaking family and I have seen this all my life, there is something in punjabis that I have seen them excel at every field they are in. Be it IT, Textiles, packaging industry, food industry and you name it and they are excelling in that field. I have no hate or jealousy against punjabis or any others nor do i hate urdu speaking. One of the most closest person who is way older than me, I respect him alot, he is a punjabi and I have grown from child to adult in front of him so i have observed him and his family really closely and from those observations I also saw other punjabis and all sit perfectly in that.I am just speaking what I have seen.
What I have observed closely is that in urdu speaking firstly doing business is discouraged, I although come from a business family and have a business mindset but what I have seen is amongst us when we decide to start something we think so much like calculating every step whereas whenever I have seen a punjabi guy starting with something they just DO IT, like they jump into it without giving a second thought and they solve everything along the way. I guess this is why they are successful.
