Can anyone help me make sense of this. Georgia department of revenue says my tax was 96$ other was 550$ amd that I have a credit of 651$. Got a deposit from sbtg that was only 46$.

Back of case has been loose for some time, dropped phone and get got pretty wet. Keeps restarting and saying no Sim card and moisture in charging port. How fucked am i?
