Plz report this guy and get him banned lvl 1000 ranked play toggling on and off cheats

Why does this game have so many cheaters? I think it's the worst I've seen it. You can press view profile and if it's a fresh console account with no gamerscore they are most likely cheating. It's sad how bad the anti-cheat is.
