Throwing up from exercise?

I've been on wegovy (same as ozempic) since September. I'm also on a bit of a cocktail of other meds (Strattera, Vyvanse, and betablockers). However, since december I've been throwing up quite often. It happened once in November, but in december I was sick, and it's been a lot worse since.

It's mostly during exercise. I run/cycle multiple times a week with no issues, but as soon as I cycle up a hill that's a bit too steep or I cycle a bit too fast for a while, I throw up. It doesn't have to be very intense exercise. I live on the 4th floor and there's no elevator, and it'll happen after walking up the stairs sometimes too. It doesn't matter if I've eaten or not. The other day I randomly threw up my lunch at work too, although that's the first time it's happened with no exercise.

Has this happened to anyone else? What's worked for you? It's so frustrating, because I also don't know if it's even the wegovy or not. If I quit my ADHD meds, I won't be able to keep doing my job. I'm honestly kinda scared of going to the doctor just for this, because I know they'll probably take me off the meds then.

Where the noise in Vesterbro coming from? Soccer?

I live right by Enghaveparken and can hear quite a bit of cheering/booing. I thought it was just late marathon finishers when I first heard it a couple hours ago, but even they'd be done by now (and booing is weird).

Are they showing the soccer somewhere or something? What's going on lol? I'm not complaining or anything, I'm just a bit confused tbh

Earbuds that won't hurt?

I currently use Jabra Elite Active 75t and have had them for years, but after a few hours of use, they'll start hurting my ears from where the hard plastic hits the cartilage. I'd really like some earbuds to use at work, and I work a lot at times so these just aren't cutting it anymore.

I would like them to have ANC, work for cycling (not too noisy etc), not fall out while running (although this isn't a must cause I *can* just keep these for that), and obviously be comfortable. I'm not too fussed about budget since I plan on using them a lot and keeping them for a while.

I do apologise for the surprise ear pics lol

I took my measurements the other day (81, 77.5, 75.5, 95, 105, 102, all cm) and the calculator gave me a 32F/FF UK. Until now I've just been wearing the same bras that are just too big now but not unwearable. However, I just received my new bras, and eh, to put it nicely, they do not fit. The red one is a Mefemi in 70H (size 32FF UK), the beige one is a Kinga in a size 70G EU (it says a 32G UK but I don't know that that's correct). Here are pics: https://postimg.cc/gallery/0jKdDkz

I just took my measurements again and this time got 81, 79, 76, 100, 111, 104cm, which gives me a 70I/J EU or 32G/GG, but would one cup size up be enough?

Unfortunately I have to order bras online so just going somewhere and trying them on isn't really an option. But clearly this did not go well for me. The bands feel fine, my ribs just stick out a lot. Please help, I am clearly not good at this lol
