i have a few things going on in my life right now and curious to see if anyone picks up on anything. have a lovely day all :)

I recently bought a build-it-yourself breakfast nook off of amazon. I built it a few weeks ago and then left for a 2 week vacation. There was no evidence that i noticed of any bugs on the furniture pieces or anywhere in the house during the building of it.

After the 2 week vacation, i come back and see some dead bugs lining in between the cushions.

Location: Northeast Pennsylvania, USA

Can someone help me identify whether these are roaches or not? Someone recommended that they might be German cockroaches. And if they are, they seem dead and i can’t find a source. What would be the next step?

Bought a build it yourself breakfast nook on amazon, put it together and then left for vacation for almost 2 weeks and came back to this! it’s only in this area right here between the cushions..

What are these and why are they here?! :(
