I applied for a position and I interviewed for it. The job status says, “Addition interview in progress; under review.” This is my first time seeing this status.
I wish they let me know. I really want this position.

I’m trying my best to join an Epic department….hopefully Optum will hire me and I don’t have to leave the company.
Is it true that you can’t go over 2 pay grades at a time? Ex: you can’t jump from a 20 to a 25.
I’m frustrated knowing that I can do a job, I have certifications for it, but I’m not looked at for a promotion. I’m trying to wait it out but it’s draining.
I read complaints people have regarding the Epic positions and to be honest, what they complain about is what I look forward to.
I keep trying to remind myself that when it’s for me, I’ll get it!!!
That’s my rant for today.
My certifications are active, my experience is “old”. I keep applying for the Epic positions AND I keep getting rejected. According to the job description and required experience, I qualify. It’s disheartening that I can’t get 1 interview.
The newest post says that the candidate doesn’t need to be certified. They must obtain certification within 6 months of employment. Does anyone know the hiring manager? At this point, I’d like to email him/her. Or do you know of a way to get my application seen and not rejected so quickly.
Will someone explain the duties of this position? Is it a phone or non- phone position?
What information do jobs verify? Can they find out where you’re employed through Epic?
I am planning to have a surgery soon. Do I need to have PTO to cover it or can it be unpaid leave?
