I am a black-capped conure parrot named Danny. I am 2.5 years old, and I've been told I'm very cute. The other day, my hooman was washing the dishes while I perched on the faucet, occasionally taking a sip of water. I am a very clean little bird, and I poop-peed on a dinner plate that mom was washing. She had the gall to say, "EWW, Danny!" How insulting. Should I feel shame and guilt? AITC?
I spotted this poster on a pole across from Jefferson Square. It made me smile, but I also felt sad for the kind person who posted it. The photo I took isn't great, but the top line says, "Are you a bird?" I drew the heart, badly drawn bird, and the "Thank you." So, BIRDS, head on over to the feeder! A feast awaits!
I have a bunch of nice polo shirts, along with a couple of button-down shirts and a black beanie that I'd like to donate, preferably to a veterans group. Most of the shirts have logos such as Microsoft, but they're clean and in good shape. Second choice for donations would be a nonprofit for homeless men. Not interested in donating to Goodwill or similar organizations. Any suggestions?
