Is cortical scarring bad?

my chest CT report from earlier this year for acute chest pain and tachycardia had an incidental finding of areas of cortical scarring in the upper left pole of my kidney. The doctor didn't mention this to me at the time (i assume bc the concern at hand was chest pain) but it is in the radiology report. Is it something i should move past or look into?

I've been having increased frequency on kidney pain for months now, along with many other symptoms of which I assume the most relevant kidney wise would be excessive increased thirst and fatigue.

Was hospitalized for kidney infections twice (age 6 and age 10). Negative VCUG each time. Asymptomatic for typical UTI symptoms like burning pee.

Current labs show above average filtration rates (i assume that more is better?) and absence of bacteria in urine.

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this.

What could cause hair loss only on the legs?

I (f29, 5’6, 145lbs) have noticed that the majority of my leg hair has stopped growing. This photo is 1 month after the last time I shaved.
i have not noticed hair loss on any other part of my body. It also does not seem to be friction as you can see that it extends beyond my sock line.
any idea what is causing this or if it warrants mentioning to my doctor in a month at my next appointment?

history: have been unwell for 6 months. bunch of odd symptoms. I’m finally in the medical system, but the medical system where I live is held together by duct tape, so appointments are few and far between each visit.
so far doctors have been able to confirm issues of tachycardia, postural hypertension, high unspecified inflammation (28 crp), iron+ b12+ vit D deficiency (although the cause is unknown).
Tachycardia +postural hypertension has improved a bit with meds, iron and b12 levels were restored with supplements. Haven’t retested my vit D yet but I’m on supplements. Dunno what my crp is now.

How to stop neck from hurting during runs?

ive been able to stop joint pain everywhere else in my body except my neck.

the ‘spinal engine theory’ has helped me A LOT in this regard; my arms and legs feel nice and relaxed, and my hips + core + shoulders are engaged & mobile. everything below my neck feels comfy during my run. im inclined to believe that this isn’t an issue of tensing my arms or an unengaged core.

the only thing that hurts is my neck! it feels stiff along the cervical spine and causes pain at the base of the skull.

I don’t know what im supposed to be doing with my neck/ head muscles during my runs to alleviate this. do you know anything about how to loosen up the neck, what mobility of the neck should look/feel like during a run, or what proper neck posture during a run looks like?

I feel like the definition changes from person to person, and is often conflicting. This has always confused me for introversion and extroversion alike.

Like if we take the "loses energy during social interactions/ recharges energy when alone"- what does that mean exactly?

Is there a difference between how you interpret energy vs enjoyment?
do you count all social interactions as energy draining? even the enjoyable ones?
what do you mean by 'energy'?
