Damien in response to me getting a disgusting AI ad

I mentioned in chat that I for some reason got an AI ad. And this is what he had to say about it! W Damien for calling AI, B to the S <3

Putting this here because someone on TikTok had an argument in my comment section about how smosh has never stated they don't support AI. when they have, many times stated they don't like it. (They claimed not liking it ≠ not supporting it?) Courtney made a video calling it out. They explicitly stated their art department is not allowed to use AI for anything. They've made TikTok's mocking it. And now we have confirmation Damien too, doesn't support it.

Love smosh more everyday <333

TIFU By turning down a job as an editor for a youtuber

This wasnt exactly today. More like a few months ago. But I find myself regretting it daily. It was such a good opportunity, a way to be part of the community without being part of the videos myself. And the sole reason I turned it down. Was because I was working full time and didn't think I had enough time to edit videos.

I turned down something I dreamed of. Out of fear of losing a job I was fired by soon after. It will forever be a regret. And now, I doubt I will ever have such an opportunity again.

I'll move on, and continue to be a stagehand. I just wanted to share one of my biggest regrets to this day. I'd sell my soul to be an editor.

I won't be sharing who the youtuber is. They aren't anyone big, just someone who wanted help with motivational videos that I knew from my full time job. We stopped contacting one another because I turned them down, I can still contact them. And possibly ask for that opportunity back. But I think I hurt them too much to do so.

TL;DR I turned down a youtuber friend of mine, and I regret it everyday but I worry I cannot contact them as I think I hurt them pretty bad.

Game recs for a very specific feeling

I've just gone on a spree of playing/replaying some cozy games, be it cozy horror, or just cozy. Like killer frequency, untitled goose game, thank goodness you're here, unpacking, and a little to the left. They're all very different but Harbor that same feeling nonetheless, in me at least. A game you really only play once, but possibly revisit for that nostalgia. I've been looking for something similar for a while, a few new games in the same type of genre?

Like a game I can play once, adore, and revisit. I'm almost kinda over rpgs, fps, and other games like that and need something different I guess. Anything that isn't Farcry, cod, Assassin's creed etc!

Anything helps, and I'll look at anything i can. I just love me a good, short but well made game. I'm limited on Playstation I know, but until I have a gaming pc it will have to do. Ty!!

Violet or Louis?

I've replayed the whole series time and time again. And despite my strong opinions on each and every character. I still can't seem to fully decide on Vi or Louis. Each has pros and cons.

On one hand, Louis makes clem feel like a teenager. His little moments of sass etc make clem feel like she can take a moment away. He supports her, protects her. But he does also agree to push her from the group after the death of Marlon. Even after that he bounces back

And I love vi. Don't get me wrong. But is it just me who thinks shes one - there to be the female love interest for those who want clem to be with a woman, and two - still extremely hung up on Minnie.

I'd love opinions. Because ive ended the game with both Louis and Violet and I clearly have a little bias but even still It can go either way for me 🙂‍↕️

Opinions on Kenny?

This is exactly what it sounds like. I want to know everyone's opinions on Kenny season's one, and two

I recently replayed the game. I bought the definitive series I may as well reply every once in a blue moon. And my friend, playing alongside me. Said I needed to shoot Kenny at the end of season 2.

I have VERY strong opinions of lots of folks in this game. And when I looked more into it. It seems a majority of people aren't exactly fond of Kenny especially around the end of season 2

I'll state my opinion here first. But I definitely want to see others opinions.

Kenny holds a dear place in my heart. From the very bottom of my heart. I would risk lives, even my own for kenny over and over again. Kenny, is by far my favorite twd character of all time, alongside Lee, clem, and AJ.

From the very beginning he did everything he could to protect his family, and even people he never really liked. He didn't trust Christa and Omid. Yet he let them stay. He didn't trust Larry and Lilly. Yet they stayed. He didn't trust ben. And yet. He almost died trying to save the kid. Multiple times. Sure. Hes an asshole at times, but its because of his hard ass personality that most people live to see another day. If not for Kenny, hes right. Larry would've devoured everyone whole in the freezer. If not for Kenny, Lee wouldn't have made it out of that alley way. And don't even get me started on season 2 Kenny.

Kenny in season 2 drives home my feelings about him even harder. He let's a bunch of random folks he doesn't know stay in his place because he trusts Clems judgment. And then, these folks with 0 survival skills bring a deranged man in, that end up killing his friend. Not to mention these randos killed matthew. Walts boyfriend. Kenny ultimately ends up kidnapped, somewhere he shouldn't be with people he doesn't even like all that much. Gets his ass handed to him by carver, and almost dies. And STILL. stays to get them out of this place. He kills carver, and next thing you know, his new girlfriend gets eaten alive. Losing Yet another set of people he called family, to stupid people.

And what does he do instead of killing them or leaving them??? He stays. And keeps helping. Helping Rebecca give birth, helping everyone get supplies and a working truck. All while these people blatantly talk shit about him, call him insane and crazy. As if the same people didn't just take everything he had away. And of course, like clockwork all these people inevitably betray Kenny, and try to kill an 11 YEAR OLD. So he rightfully takes the truck he fixed, tries to leave with Jane, a woman he's already expressed hatred towards. And she abandons a defenseless baby, just to prove that hes "crazy" by making him kill her when she could've just stopped him from doing so..

All he wanted was to keep people safe. Both seasons. And the only reason he failed, wasnt because of his incompetence. But because of others. If you choose to stick with Kenny, and get to Wellington only to stay by his side. He keeps clem and AJ safe for another year. Only to die fighting for the kids he tried so desperately to save.

Kenny was the best twd character of all time and I will die on this hill. Maybe I'm wrong. But he was a man full of love and compassion. Wounded and broken down by shit circumstances. And yet he pulls through til the very bloody end. A man for sure. Even if he was a bit insane towards the end, he for sure lost more than anyone else did. And he had to listen to them bitch about him. Of course he'd break eventually. But he'd never hurt anyone without intention.
