Apologies for what is probably a simple question

I was never a big biology or even chemistry guy (went down physics and engineering instead :P) but have recently started watching some youtuber who talks about microbiology and its really interesting!

My question though is how do microorganisms move? Like I understand broadly enough how we move with electrical signals causing our muscles to contract, but do microbes do the same sort of thing? I know that they move through a space using cilia or flagella or pseudopods, etc, but how do they get these parts to move? I've tried to do some googling but it all kinda quickly devolves into a bunch of jargon that I just don't have the background to understand.

I've actually been going crazy trying to remember which episode or show it was where Jacob picked up a mannequin and then had to do it all in reverse again. I remember thinking it was hilarious but I just can't find it! The only other detail I can remember is Sam made a comment warning Jacob that the mannequin was heavy

I have a friend coming over who happens to be vegetarian and as a person who eats meat, none of my cookbooks have any really good vegetarian meals. Do you guys have any inspo ideas for a vegetarian dinner for 2 that is relatively cheap and will go with some focaccia bread? I don't mind putting in extra effort for a nice dinner by any means, but my budget is really my main constraint. Thanks for any help!! :D

I was really high and searching random prompts with my friend on Youtube and stumbled on this video in Vietnamese with a Vietnamese title. It was in low quality 3d animation and had absolutely horrible audio, like there were super loud explosions repeating and it would cut out and stuff. It also had a completely absurd few seconds where a soldier kills himself on the battlefield. The entire video was insane and a wicked watch while stoned out of my mind.

It was probably only a few minutes long and unfortunately I have little else in terms of clues since I don't speak Vietnamese at all.
