


Two drinks, same vibe — very different stories.
The classic: mint iced coffee with tonic water. Bright, refreshing, super Instagram-friendly — you’ve probably seen it everywhere.
The underrated one: a Phalsa (those forgotten summer berries) cooler. Native, packed with antioxidants, slightly tangy, and honestly way more interesting.
Took a bit of effort to extract the pulp, but totally worth it. Got lucky spotting a Phalsa tree right in my café corridor — sometimes the best ingredients aren’t imported, just overlooked.
Trying to put something local back on the map.
