I have recently joined Accenture india as Guidewire QA and I was on bench for a month. Now they assigned me to a temporary project which is only for 3 months.
I was looking out and got offer from Deloitte. And they are offering same ctc as Accenture. Is it a good move to join Deloitte?.. I dont want to go on bench and again look for projects so want to know if Deloitte USI has good number of Guidewire projects or not.
I am a bit confused right now. I have around 4 years of exp. I joined accenture a month ago and I've got an offer from Deloitte USI. The reason I am leaving Accenture is HR told me they have project but when I joined they put me on bench and then assigned temporarily on short project. Once the project is over I will be on bench again.
I have few questions :
What could be the consequences of of leaving Accenture early?.. do they blacklist or dont allow rejoin.
The compensation is almost same, I would say just a bit better ctc by deloitte and it has perks as well. Is it a good move to join Deloitte in current market condition.
Do they provide experience letter if I leave this much early?
My date of joining is 29th May. HR said they already allocated a project to me. This is an L10 level and they low balled my at first. Now I have a better offer, I just want to get better compensation from Accenture.
Does anyone know for L10 role, is there any possibility to get 14.5-15 fixed?. I was thinking they might choose other candidate over me thats why informing them in last week so they don't get that much room to bring other candidate.
