My tophi on my index finger is finally gone!
It took almost 2 years but my right index finger, middle knuckle is finally tophi free! Had a bad build up of tophi and couldnt really bend my index finger at all. It was hard to write being right handed and I couldnt even use chopsticks.
I started on 100mg allo 3 years ago for maintenance, still had a flare up and my doc decided to up it to 300. Stayed on 300 for a while but tophi wasn't dissolving so doctor upped me to 500. This was Feb 2025. Now, August 2026 and the tophi is gone and I can fully bend my finger. Will have my blood check soon and ask if I can lower my allopurinol.
Drink your allopurinol people! It's proven safe to most people and it works. No, you cannot control gout with clean diet and you'll hate yourself for suffering and not enjoying life eating only low purine (boring) food. I drink my allopurinol and drink the odd beer 🍺 or wine 🍷 here and there. I completely cut out hard liquors though.
Stay hydrated! Keep a healthy weight! Drink your allopurinol! You got this!!

Feels so good.
Dissonance really accelerated my masteries research. From researching 2 at most to at one point researching 5 at the same time. Probably not the most efficient way but I just want to be done with the masteries. Thinking of getting EN Mastery or EB Mastery (could be a footgun) next. Or maybe just bite the bullet and save for my 7th and 8th UW. Hmmm
Edit: not captured in the SS is WS Mastery which is also gold boxxed

Since game 4 of the Atlanta series, Mikal Bridges has shot 62/92 (67.4%) from the field, 11/25 from 3 (44%)
A lot of us was hating on Mikal calling him names like Iron Man Merchant. He sure did turn around his game and has become our most efficient scorer while playing amazing defense on the other side of the court.

Hoping for a multiple OT Detroit win later
So they have to play game 7 and travel.
Game 7, a very physical game with multiple OT but Cavs winning at the end so we get home court advantage. Tire these rust belt teams out.

They said the Knicks-Hawks series will be interesting and Atlanta could beat us.
They said we 76ers will have momentum after beating Boston.
They said we can't handle Detroit's physicality and that's a wrap since we lost 0-4 during the season.
They said East dont stand a chance and this is an OKC/SAS year.
They said everyone is better than Jalen Brunson. KAT too soft. JB too small to lead a team
Let them doubt us. Let them count us out. I'd rather we be the underdogs and play with a chip on our shoulders. Seems the team has that mentality as well. We played more desperate than the Sixers earlier.
