I and 62 I will be 63 next month. My A1c score has come back twice pre-diabetic. I've lost 25 lb now in 3 months and I've noticed something here just over the past week or two that I was not expecting but is absolutely wonderful. I'm not having to get up three and four times to pee in the middle of the night. Matter of fact just recently like in the past week or so I'm not getting up at all I'm sleeping all night long I was just curious if anybody else has had this happen to them? It's wonderful I'm not complaining LOL!

I am watching Colony for the first time and I think it is an excellent series. So much so that I even Google why it was canceled and I guess because I haven't made it to season 3 yet I'm not privy to why the ratings drop so drastically in season 3. All everybody is great, except the girl that plays Karen Bowman can't act that great in my opinion but that's just my opinion. I'm still very surprised that it has been canceled. I really am enjoying it.
