Basically, it's a mix between a Caesar cypher and a Polybius square.

If the Code is 00-00-00-00-00, it's just a normal code.

If the code is 10-10-10-10-10, you shift all of the vertical rows down once.

That's my cypher. I was wondering if something like it already existed or, if I use it for something, if it will have the added difficulty of being a new cypher.
