Best Florence wine and food tour that isn’t a tourist trap?

Going to Florence next month and looking for a good wine and food tour, I’m a bit of a cheese nerd, so anything with local cheeses would be ideal.

There are a lot online and they all look pretty much identical, so I have no idea which ones are worth booking.

I’m looking for good wine, local food and preferably a smaller group.

Has anyone done one they’d recommend?

"personalized" audio podcast

I use the Audio option a lot since it's helpful for studying while traveling as it's hard for me to read while on the bus. I find it funny that me and my friends have very different "personalities" to our bots.

For reference, we study law, and when I ask for Audios mine always follow the same pattern, the female voice is always the one who gives examples and explains most terminologies, while the male voice is the one who gives the overall resume of the material.

Instead, the audios of one of my friends' always have a female bot who just repeats whatever the male voice said and then "ooh's" and "ash's" at the info. Then another friend's audio always have the most out of pocket examples? Once I used my friends device to make a quick audio from my material, and it started with a satellite falling and destroying a car 😂😂

I find it funny that somehow the same app gives out different personalities even from the same source material.

I’m looking for ScrapingBee Alternatives in 2026, help me please

I’m using ScrapingBee to pull product pages from around 2k ecommerce sites, but most of the pages need JavaScript rendering, and the harder ones also need premium or stealth proxies.

That burns through credits so fast

The other annoying part is getting raw HTML back and then having to clean it before I can extract the price, stock status and product specs. I’d rather get Markdown or structured JSON directly.

I’m currently looking at Firecrawl, Bright Data, Apify, Oxylabs and Octoparse (someone recommended these in other threads)

Which one makes the most sense for this kind of setup?

Edit: Thanks for the suggestions. I tested some and Firecrawl it’s been a much better fit for this setup so far. Getting clean Markdown and structured data instead of raw HTML removed a pretty annoying step from the pipeline, and it handled also the heavy product pages I tried without much tweaking

Audio length since Gemini adopted NotebookLM

I've been using NotebookLM for studying as it's pretty usefully. I give it the text from the class and the info shared by professors and so it only takes out info from there instead of taking it from other not so trusty places.

In general it's an app that I love and really helps.

However, I've noticed that the audio length never go past 20 minutes? Before Gemini adopted NotebookLM I could ask for audios that were forty minutes long, but now I'm struggling, I even ask for an audio that's minimum 30 minutes but it still barely passes 20.

Is it a problem with how I'm wording it? Is someone else experiencing this too?

Hello, I'm looking to learn Portuguese as my third language (native Spanish speaker and English is my second)

I would like to know what would be your suggestions for YouTube channels, mainly relating to commentary videos, it could be either Brazilian Portuguese or European Portuguese
