If you use an app like an APK editor that I found on F-Droid, you can modify the app package name for specific apps or APKs. If you change them to one of these, for example, if you change the app package name of a game, you will be able to access hyper frame rate. It actually works for me and boosted my FPS. Even though the game ran at 60, it boosted it up to 120, which is amazing.

Instead of waiting for the system to optimize apps by charging the phone to 100 and waiting 2 hours, this is what you can do based on what I have heard

1. Download shizuku and ashell you

2 set up shizuku (don't forget to disable system optimizations in developer options)

1. Activate a shell you in shizuku and then in a shell you click on the settings icon then behavior then select shizuku

2 then press on local adb and run this command

adb logcat -d | grep "bg-dexopt-job

Then wait for it to say completed or finished

On the latest version of Oxygen OS, Oxygen OS 16.1 or 7.200, they fixed icon packs, and now you can keep scrolling until you find the icon that you like. You still can't search for them, but at least they all load, unlike before, where only a certain amount of icons would load and you couldn't see or choose all the icons when changing an icon for a specific app.

On earlier versions of Oxygen OS, icon packs could only load a certain amount of icons before stopping. But now, on the latest 7.200 version or Oxygen OS 6.1, they fixed it, and now all icons load. You still can't search for them, but you can at least see all of them and just keep scrolling until you find the icon that you like.
