Anyone built a custom home in South Carolina recently?
Specifically in the Columbia area. Looking for a good price per square foot, finishes would be high end for the most part.

$30 last month to charge my EV, not bad!
For those of you that are curious how much it costs to charge an EV. I charge about 2-3 times a week overnight, starting at midnight ending around 6 AM. Costed me $30 last month. Not bad at all, huge savings compared to getting gas weekly.
