



So my diet has been a mix these lasts months, i have been eating oysters, raw liver, raw lambs heart, cooked beef, cooked steak, steak tartar etc etc etc. I found out i actually like to palette raw minced beef with honey and butter today. But i get my meat from the butchers and farm shop but i normally like to freeze some beef as it lasts me throughout the week.
My question is about defrosting, if i take some mince meat out the freezer and let it defrost, is it way sketch to eat raw as i heard if u do wanna eat raw its best to not freeze it at all and always keep chilled. Like something about the bacteria growing more or in fact losing nutrients and enzymes etc?

You know how it be, sitting around camp at a festival in the morning, speaker on low eating breakfast etc. Its nice to have music around camp, data can be a problem though in a field. any good hacks to get around this?
