Hey all I’m new here and to protools I have an Arturia MK ultra and cannot get it to produce sound

Looks amazing but how does one get the aspect ratio to where it doesn’t look squished?

Anybody know what’s up? My block is unaffected but across brookside and down towards Brookside is pitch black
