I'm writing this with a lot of hope because, honestly, I don't know what else to do at this point.

I've been job hunting for **17 months**, and my financial situation has become really bad. I'm the elder daughter in my family, and supporting my family is a responsibility that's extremely important to me. I genuinely need to find a job, and the longer this goes on, the harder things are becoming for us.

I previously worked for a year at a company that eventually shut down. We weren't paid our salaries for the last 4–5 months, and ever since then, I've been trying to find another job. I've applied to countless openings, reached out to recruiters and professionals, and actively messaged **250+ people on LinkedIn** looking for guidance, opportunities, or referrals.

Unfortunately, I've received very little help so far. Most of the time, it's rejection emails, and in many cases, I don't hear back from companies at all. I've kept trying, improving my skills, and building projects to demonstrate my abilities, but despite all these efforts, I'm still unemployed.

This situation has taken a serious toll on me mentally and emotionally. My financial circumstances are extremely difficult, and I need to start earning so I can support my family. As the elder daughter, this isn't just about finding a job for myself; it's also about being able to contribute to my family's needs.

Honestly, **this post feels like one of my last hopes of finding an opportunity.** I'm not asking anyone to hand me a job without evaluating my skills. I'm just asking for a chance to be considered and prove that I can do the work.

# Projects I've worked on

* **Retail Sales Analytics Dashboard:** Built an end-to-end analytics project using SQL, PostgreSQL, and Power BI, covering 150K transactions, data cleaning and quality checks, a seven-table star schema, DAX measures, and a five-page interactive dashboard.

* **Customer Churn Analysis:** Worked on SQL-based churn analysis and a PostgreSQL data warehouse pipeline to explore churn patterns, customer behaviour, data quality, and revenue at risk.

* **Freddie Mac Mortgage Data Pipeline (in progress):** Currently building a Python, Pandas, and SQL-based pipeline focused on mortgage data profiling, validation, ETL, and data warehousing.

I'm on Mer's side on this one , Cristina had no right to tell her that she slowed down because she had a kid. The heart and liver plant surgery, Cristina was right to ask for Bailey, Mer wasn't ready for it, but everything that followed after that, was cruel on Cristinas part. I feel that somewhere she resentment Meredith for being able to choose to have kids and being able to be a surgeon, cause it did not work that way for her. I think that Cristina resented her somewhere cause ,if she would have wanted kids , she could have had Owen , and her and owen would also be a great love story , like MerDer, but that is the point right? Cristina loves surgery more than anything, and she didn't want all of that. I believe that a part of the whole 'you slowed down Mer" comes from this thing for her. Alsoo comparing Meredith to Bailey and Callie, they only had one kid to manage , having two is twice as hard, Meredith had to navigate a lot about the whole pregnancy thing for her, from thinking to never being able to have kids biologically, adoption of zola ,and then having her son too. Really mad at Cristina for saying that to her.

And omg shane was a insufferable little bitch, he was just pissed of that Derek has taken Brooks under his wing and had something to prove, he was a jealous little asshole fr. Also very pushy , and was a catalyst for a the fight to be prolonged.

The printer did not belong to the hospital, it was wrong for Cristina and Shane to just takeover and start printing like that. Meredith got the printer for the grant she applied and got.

Mer would be in boston , Cristina in Minnesota, Alex at hopkins , etc,

They wouldn't stick around at a place where it caused them so much pain
