To qualify for Cambly Pro your account must not be on probation?

To qualify for Cambly Pro, your account must not be on probation. Is this only for new tutors? How do you know if your account is on probation, and has anyone ever been put on probation for not following Cambly's guidelines?

**UPDATE** After emailing them they told me I am on probation and have atleast 2 policy violations. I have been working on Cambly for 5 years.

Their response - Thanks for reaching out. Your account is currently on probation and has 2 Policy Violations on record.  If you’d like more details about this, please reply to this message and our team will follow up

How bad is PH availability on Cambly these days?

Hi everyone, my profile score is 97.5. I know it could be better, but it’s not terrible either. There are almost no available PH hours, even on weekends, until the day they actually open up. Monday to Friday is absolutely awful. Luckily, I don’t rely only on Cambly for income, but it still seems pretty bad. A score of 97.5 should still get me more PH hours if I want them. How is it for those of you with scores of 98 or 98.5?

I blocked a student and did not get paid

Hi everyone, I have a question about blocking a student and payment.

I had a regular student who completed 5 lessons with me, including her trial. After the fifth lesson, I realised that we were not a good fit and I explained this to her. After the lesson finished (we went past the 50-minute mark), I blocked her. Now the system shows that the lesson was cancelled on my side and I did not get paid for that last lesson.

Has anyone experienced this? Is this how it’s supposed to work, or will support fix the payment for that completed lesson?

**Update** Preply support sorted it out and I received the payment. I had to unblock the student then block her again.
